E-attendance is one of the foundations of learner success through e-learning and distance education. Simultaneous electronic attendance refers to the virtual presence of the trainee connected to the Internet on the virtual platform through a computer or mobile device, and to acknowledge whether the trainee is present in real time.

The most important e-attendance policies:

• The platform management undertakes the process of follow-up, supervision and monitoring of the trainees' access to the electronic platform.
• Monitoring and recording electronic attendance and absence automatically for trainees in lectures through virtual classroom systems.
• Electronic attendance reports are sent periodically to trainers.
• Trainees are informed of the rates of electronic attendance on the virtual platform.
• The student's failure to comply with the minimum percentages of the "electronic attendance" system (at least 25%) – leads to the student's failure to attend the entire training program and deprivation of the certificate.
• Minimum provision of simultaneous attendance hours (minimum of 25%)

Al-Hussan Education and Training Company's management pledges to provide a qualified training staff with the necessary qualifications and skills to manage and ensure the success of the e-training process with professionalism. The company also pledges to ensure that its technical, administrative, and supervisory staff obtain professional certifications from the National Center for e-Learning. The entity is committed to ensuring that its academic staff obtain professional certifications from the National Center for e-Learning when delivering synchronous and asynchronous e-training.
